The pound-for-pound mixed martial arts kingpin had been in custody at the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Detention Center since Tuesday morning.

According to a report from MMAFighting‘s Marc Raimondi, Jones will be forced to attend both anger management and driver improvement courses as part of his new probation sentence.

It was initially rumored that Jones would also receive a curfew as part of his new probation. However, according to Raimondi’s tweet, that is no longer the case.

With the news, it appears that the Jon Jones title fight rematch with current title holder Daniel Cormier will be a go for next month’s UFC 197 event headliner in Las Vegas.
