Former UFC women’s bantamweight champion Holly Holm is currently in the midst of a rough patch.

After losing her championship to Miesha Tate in the co-main event of UFC 196, Holm recently dropped a decision to Valentina Shevchenko last month in Chicago, Illinois.

During the fight with Shevchenko, Holm shattered her thumb according to her manager, Lenny Fresquez, who revealed to ESPN that Holm underwent surgery for the injury. As a result Holm will be unable to use her left hand for six weeks.

“She had eight pins inserted into her hand. We’d still like to fight by the end of the year. As far as an opponent, we’ll have to see who comes up. Whoever she fights, Holly needs to take care of business.”

When ‘The Preacher’s Daughter’ returns to the Octagon, who would you like to see her fight?
