By bjpenndotcom - June 17, 2016

The MMA community currently going wild in regards to a potential Georges St-Pierre return to the UFC. After nearly a 3 year hiatus from the Octagon following his UFC 167 split decision win over Johny Hendricks, St-Pierre’s camp reached out to Michael Bisping to request a title shot against the middleweight champ.

Bisping broke the news on a recent episode of Fox Sports Live with Jay & Dan, during which he also gave his thoughts on a fight with GSP:

“I’d tell him to sign on the dotted line, just like [Dan] Henderson, if he wants to come out of retirement.”

Bisping’s reference to Dan Henderson is in regards to a potential rematch with Henderson for Bisping’s first title defense. Henderson holds a victory over Bisping from UFC 100 in what many consider to be one of the most iconic knockouts of all time.

Following Bisping’s knockout win over Luke Rockhold at UFC 199, do you think a fight with GSP will materialize? Give us your thoughts below PENN Nation!
