News broke late Saturday evening that UFC featherweight Diego Brandao had been arrested on April 14th after an incident outside of a strip club that saw Brandao point a gun at several people, and even pistol whip an employee of the club.

New details emerged today after MMAJunkie obtained a police report from the Albuquerque Police Department.

The report reads:

“APD dispatched had received a call from the Knockout Bar stating that a man who had been refused entry into the bar became angry with the door security personal. He started fighting with them and then pulled out a gun and hit and pointed the weapon at them. Upon arrival Officers made contact with them and then pulled out a gun and hit and pointed the weapon at them. Upon arrival Officers made contact with Anthony Romero )victim) and he stated Diego Brandao had arrived at the bar and wanted to come in. Anthony refused to let diego in because he showed signs of intoxication. Diego became angry and attempted to force his way into the bar. At this point Diego hit Anthony in the face with his fist. Two other employees came to help Anthony in keeping Diego from entering the bar. Lavon King (victim) who was right outside the door came into the bar to keep Diego entering the bar. Patrick Otero (victim) then came over and helped in keeping Diego from trying to enter the bar. At some point during the struggle with Diego, he was able to pull out a weapon. He then hit Patrick with the weapon just under the chin. Diego then pointed the weapon at Patrick and Lavaon and started cussing at them. Diego started running up and down Central yelling at them while still pointing the gun at them.

Diego went to his car still yelling and pointing the gun them. The employees and unknown customers went back inside the bar and locked the door. They could still hear Diego yelling and cussing at them. They looked out the peep hole and saw Diego get in his car and drive away from the area. ”
