Unfortunate news surfaced Friday afternoon that UFC lightweight Darrell Horcher, who recently lost to Khabib Nurmagomedov, was involved in a motorcycle accident that left him “grateful to be alive” according to Horcher’s manager.

According to Fox Sports, Horcher hit a Jeep that pulled in front of him, and was flung from his bike nearly 240 feet before skidding on the pavement. Fortunately for Horcher, he only suffered from a broken arm, torn ligaments in his ankle, and road rash.

He will be sidelined for approximately 6-8 months, however the good news is that he will make a full recovery!

Stay tuned for updates as they become available!
