With the recent issues that Mark Hunt has had with the UFC following Brock Lesnar’s Anti-Doping Policy violations, Kimmel asked White, “Are you a boss that your fighters like working for?”

White said at the end of the day, he gets along really well with some fighters while others he just cannot stand. However, White says that he and the fighters who are independent contractors don’t have to like each other to do business.

White was also asked about his recent speech at the Republican National Convention advocating Donald Trump. White told his story about how Trump supported him throughout his time with the UFC, which led to him speaking at the convention recently.

Dana White is contracted to be President of the UFC for another five years after Zuffa recently sold the UFC to WME-IMG for $4 billion.
