Invicta featherweight champion Cris Cyborg is set to make her second UFC appearance at UFC Fight Night 95 in Brazil.

Cyborg will welcome Lina Lansberg to the Octagon in what will be her second UFC catchweight fight set at 140 pounds.

If you are wondering why the 145 pound Invicta champion can’t just cut another five pounds to compete in the UFC women’s bantamweight division, she is already cutting a ton of weight to get to 140.

Cyborg said in a recent tweet, “171.6 pounds today, 26.6 pounds over the featherweight division of 145lbs.”

Cyborg’s weight is very close to UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor’s walk around weight, which his coach John Kavanagh says is around 175 pounds. You have heard about the tough cuts that “The Notorious” has had to make 145 pounds.

Now, just Imagine Cyborg having to cut even more.
