This past Saturday at UFC 196 Conor McGregor suffered the first loss of his UFC career at the hands of Nate Diaz as he was submitted in the 2nd round of their welterweight scrap. After the bout, McGregor surprised many as he showed nothing but respect for Diaz, and made no excuses for his loss.

McGregor continued to remain graceful in defeat on social media Friday evening.

I don't say hard luck, I say well done. It was a heck of a fight. A heck of a cheque. And a heck of a party afterwards. #YoungSuccess

So far there has no word yet as to who McGregor will defend his featherweight championship against at UFC 200, however UFC President Dana White did confirm this week that McGregor will honor his commitment to fight at UFC 200 in July.
