It’s no secret that UFC bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz and surging contender Cody Garbrandt don’t like each other. The two 135-pound fighters have been trading verbal shots for months – so much so, in fact, that it is starting to look like contenders such as TJ Dillashaw, Bryan Caraway and Jimmie Rivera will be skipped over to book the Cruz vs. Garbrandt grudge match.

“No Love” continued the trash talk yesterday tweeting out the following picture of how Cruz will look following their anticipated fight, which has been rumored for December’s UFC 207 event.

If that wasn’t enough, Cody sent Dominick the following question during yesterday’s UFC 204 Fox prelims segment, #AskDominick, where fans can issue Cruz or light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier a question.

“The Dominator” responded to Cody’s question live on the air, check it out:

Dominick Cruz was last seen in action at June’s UFC 199 event, where he scored a unanimous decision victory over bitter rival Urijah Faber, who just so happens to be Cody Garbrandt’s coach.

Prior to that, “The Dominator” reclaimed his UFC bantamweight title (which he never lost) by defeating former title holder TJ Dillashaw by split-decision.

Meanwhile, Cody Garbrandt’s most recent octagon appearance came this past August at UFC 202, where he scored a first-round knockout victory over Takeya Mizugaki. The win marked Cody’s fifth UFC victory, and extended his trend of first-round finishes to three in a row.
