Chael Sonnen is weighing in on the UFC attempting to book Nate Diaz vs. Khamzat Chimaev. UFC President, Dana White, recently did an interview in the ‘war room’ for ‘The Pivot Podcast’ and in the background a list of future fights were displayed on the board. Albeit the room is considered to be top-secret, a screen shot of the board has emerged on ‘Twitter’ and shows a Nate Diaz (20-13 MMA) vs Khamzat Chimaev (11-0 MMA) for UFC 276.

While he may be a former two-weight UFC champion, it’s safe to say that not everyone is a huge fan of Conor McGregor. Over the weekend, one of the biggest combat sports events of the year went down at Wembley Stadium in London, England. A crowd of over 94,000 people were in attendance to see Tyson Fury defend The Ring and WBC heavyweight titles against Dillian Whyte and in the end, ‘The Gypsy King’ made it look easy before securing a sixth-round knockout win over his rival.

Edwards (19-3 MMA) is expected to challenge Kamaru Usman (20-1 MMA) in a rematch for the UFC welterweight title later this summer, likely in the July timeframe. The pair originally met back in December of 2015, where ‘The Nigerian Nightmare’ earned a unanimous decision victory over ‘Rocky’.

It was Sterling (21-3 MMA) vs Yan (16-3 MMA) at UFC 273 last Saturday, April 9, 2022, at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida. Sterling defeated Yan with a split decision (48-47 48-47,47-48) victory making him the undisputed bantamweight champion.

It was at UFC 273 this past Saturday, April 9th that Khamzat Chimaev (11-0 MMA) defeated Gilbert Burns (20-5 MMA) in the welterweight bout. Burns, fought Chimaev for three thrilling rounds, but came out on the losing end of a unanimous decision.
