Watch former UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez try and master the leaping-off-the-cage technique made famous by “Showtime” Pettis.
In the above video, Cain Velasquez attempts a flying superman punch after springing himself off of the cage wall.
As you can see in the video, Cain’s timing on the strike could still use a little work.
Still, the thought of Cain Velasquez throwing a flying superman punch off of the cage wall is absolutely terrifying.
Current UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor assisted in the video.
