During last weekend’s UFC 199 event in Los Angeles, UFC officials announced that former heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar would be returning the octagon to fight on July’s stacked UFC 200 card.

On Monday morning, Lesnar appeared on ESPN where he announced that he would be fighting heavyweight slugger Mark Hunt in his return to the UFC on July 9 in Las Vegas.

The 38-year-old, who was born in Webster, South Dakota, will not be representing the United States of America when he steps foot inside the octagon this July. Instead, Lesnar will be wearing the Red and White colors of his adopted country of Canada.

Here is Lesnar’s official UFC Reebok Fight-kit as proof:

Brock Lesnar has been living on a small farm in the province of Saskatchewan, Canada in recent years and has opted to represent his new homeland at UFC 200 this July.

Do you think Lesnar will be able to pull out a victory against the heavy-handed “Super Samoan” on July 9 in Las Vegas? Sound off PENN Nation!
