There’s nothing there
In my opinion Strikeforce needs to be a “feeder league”. Seriously they have Keith Jardine fighting for the title this Saturday which makes absolutely no sense to me. They do have a few viable stars (Melendez, Lawal, Noons, Lawler, Mousassi, & etc.) but even these guys would get worked by the creme de la creme of the UFC. I don’t see Strikeforce building any kind of momentum going into the future. Their stars aren’t going to be turning heads with an endless library of highlight reels. I say send the UFC castoffs to Strikeforce so they can develop their skillset against athletes of equal caliber. Eventually the best will rise to the top and separate the winners and the losers. Once they are at the top then they could think about an opportunity in the limelight.
