MMA NEWS – Alexis Davis Lined Up for Strikeforce in March
Alexis Davis will return in to action in March for a Strikeforce event to be held in Ohio. The Canadian native is on a three fight win streak (2-0 in Strikeforce) and is itching to get back in the cage. Although her opponent has not been announced yet, Davis voiced that she wouldn’t mind fighting the outspoken Ronda Rousey.
The Strikeforce event to take place in Ohio will likely be the venue for the Strikeforce Heavyweight Grand Prix between Josh Barnett and Daniel Cormier. With Strikeforce’s heavyweight division being absorbed by the UFC thereafter, the women’s division may garner more attention by fans in the months to come.
