They lost the main event and the co-main event in the space of a day, Brazil’s a massive market for the UFC now, it’s beyond huge. They’re going to put on a good card. I guess people can start talking about the fighters Fedor fought. I love Silva, and I love Bonner but lets get real. It would be interesting to see Bonner have the fight of his life.
I am a huge Bonnar fan, but I am also a realist. Bonnar will not win, and even he knows it. He is really just taking one in the nuts for Dana. Actually, I give Bonnar a 1 percent chance, and that is just because it has been years since he was legit ko’ed, and he did go to a decision against Bones. Bonnar is tough as nails, but he is fighting Anderson Silva, not Mark Coleman
cant really compare bones and silva. silva wont go near the ground and boneswas throwing him around the cage. itll look like the tuf finale where bonnar will get clipped andstay standing but unlike the tuf finale after a few times hell go dow nand stay down. griffin isnt as accurate or as pwerful or have the timing or movement or verasility that anderson does.
Bonnar would KO Bisping, but Mike’s style probably will do better against Silva cause of his kick boxing background.

truth is bonnar has absolutley nothing to bring into the cage that anderson hasnt already seen. no real advantage. the only fighter that i can see that can bring somthing new to anderson would have to be gsp.i mean im not a gsp kiss ass but i havent seen a smarter more technical fighter then him. during the fight hes constantly thinking and adapting to his oppenents styles.most opppenets andersons faced have been strikers that go for knockouts. sonnen. belfort. griffin. franklin. henderson. cote. irvin. now bonnar. i think itll be a really slow fight if it was anderson and gsp cuz of the respect and the way those too fight. but if anyone can beat anderson it would have to be gsp

I’ve been a huge fan of bonnar since I saw him fight in the TUF 1 finale. I don’t think he’ll win, not by a longshot, but I keep thinking how much people would be talking if he actually DID beat Silva. Can you imagine? Probably the biggest upset the UFC has seen in forever. People would be talking for YEARS, just like they do with Griffin vs Bonnar I. It’d be amazing if Bonnar could pull out another amazing show like he did back then. Ah well, a guy can dream.
