McMann Latest Strikeforce Fighter To Be Sidelined With Injury | MMA NEWS
Strikeforce’s November 3 Oklahoma even has 3 of it’s major fight bouts cancelled due to injuries. First it was the main event Mir vs. Cormier, then it was Rockhold vs. Larkin, and a day after it’s McMann vs. Carmouche.
Sara McMann entered Strikeforce as a plausible challenge for the reigning bantamweight champ Ronda Rousey. MMAweekly confirmed:
McMann is out of her scheduled fight against Liz Carmouche.
The details regarding McMann’s injury was not disclosed, but she will be unable to compete at the upcoming Strikeforce card in November.
