Matt Mitrione Turns Down Offer To Fight Cormier In Strikeforce & Dana Is Pissed | UFC NEWS

During last weekend’s UFC on FUEL TV 5 post-fight media festivities, UFC president Dana White told the media that UFC heavyweight fighter, Matt Mitrione, turned down an offer to defect to Strikeforce for a one-off fight against the Heavyweight Grand Prix champion, Daniel Cormier.
Instead, Mitrione was hoping to book a fight against former UFC light-heavyweight champion, “Rampage Jackson.”
