Nate Marquardt comments during media teleconference.
Nate Marquardt comments on coming off TRT and says he's had to make some adaptations to his training.
"I've had to find a lot of ways to combat it, and I've had to change my training schedule,"
"But bottom line is, I'm training hard and I feel great. I've felt like this before in training and done awesome."
Marquardt is keen to move on and admits he's sick of talking about TRT.
"I'm so sick of answering TRT questions," he added. "You'd think the media would want to talk about something new anyway. It's kind of old news. But I've got a title fight coming up, and I feel great."
Marquardt faces the undefeated Tyron Woodley (10-0) on July 14th in Portland, Oregon at Rose Garden for the vacant Strikeforce Welterweight Title and he is looking forward to getting his career back on track.
"I believe God's been testing me," he said. "I just feel really grateful at this point. It's been a rough road; I feel like I've overcome the challenges, and I'm just excited to get back in there. I feel like a kid again with one of my first fights."

once a cheater/JUICER always a ROIDER. marquardt has been JUICING since his pancrace days in japan
The bottom line is that Marquardt is a handful for anyone, and never forget that he was getting out muscled by top guys at middleweight, and everyone else he was smashing left and right. I think at welterweight, nate is gonna be devastating. I say he beats Woodley no later than the third round.
