MANDALAY BAY TO HOST CLOSED CIRCUIT VIEWING PARTY FOR UFC 137: ST-PIERRE vs. CONDIT

When the overwhelming demand for event tickets for UFC 137: ST-PIERRE vs. CONDIT resulted in an immediate sellout, the Ultimate Fighting Championship and Mandalay Bay needed to create the next best thing to being inside the Events Center. UFC 137: ST-PIERRE vs. CONDIT features the can’t-miss welterweight title fight between champion Georges St-Pierre and knockout artist Carlos Condit, as well as former two-division champion BJ Penn battling the fiery and unpredictable Nick Diaz. With action inside the Mandalay Bay Events Center, as well as in the South Seas Ballroom, the resort now has become the ultimate destination for fight fans to witness this epic card.
Tickets for the closed circuit viewing party are $50 and go on sale TODAY at 10 a.m. PT. Tickets are available for purchase through Ticketmaster at www.ticketmaster.com, www.mandalaybay.com or the Mandalay Bay box office. Wish I had this poster, I host the bash of the year when BJ fights! PENN NATION!!!!!!!!
Wow. i rly want gsp to win this fight. but i have to b honest, i think hell get beat down. if he is going to win hell need to pull out som grappling, or get more aggresive. not the basic jab like hes done b4. and if he does get to the ground, hes gona need to actualy do somthing, not just lay on him. either way… gsp cant wait this one out. he needs to move his ass. if he can pull a finish off of this fight, i think he should fight silva. i no hell lose, but if any1 can pull silva outa the 2nd round it has to b gsp. but then im also willing to bet that if gsp got lucky and won alot of ppl would talk shit for at least a yr. i still dont see that happening tho.
I got GSP by lay n pray. ol’Greasy will probably make sure hes covered in vaseline to get past condits active guard
GSP Is #1…and there is absolutely NO proof of what u r accusing him of….and not only that…After the first minute both fighters are so sweaty that no amount of vaseline is gonna help either…I’m sooo sick of all the GSP haters!! Some people can’t stand that there is actually someone out there as talented as GSP so they come up with ANY excuse they can to make “themselves” feel better. GSP is NOT one of my favorite fighters…but the fact remains that he is #1…and he has finished more fights than he has not. GET OVER IT!!!
erica even a hooker knows that using vaseline makes it easier for a person to slide in and out of certain positions, much more slippery than regular ol’ sweat. maybe u should try it sometime before defending the guy.
the whole thing about the grease came up after the bj fight. if i had got beat down as bad as bj, and forced to throw in the towel, i would also come up with some lame excuse like too much vaseline
erica its easy to look into a pretty boys eyes and be fooled. however it did not come up only from the bj fight. matt hughes spoke of it before, mayhem spoke of it, in fact a lot of gsps opponents said he was slippery. bj was the one who was pissed enough about it to make changes happen so guys didnt have an unfair advantage in the cage. watch their first fight, bj effectively used his high guard to defend himself from any damage from gsp yet in their second fight u can see bj going for the same defense to only have his legs slide down gsps back. idk why u defend a guy when u obviously dont know the whole back story.
shut up dumb ho
i guess when nick diaz beats bj you will come with another lame excuse for him
if nick beats bj it will be because he fought like a man. no bs cornerman rubbing him down in between rounds, no lay and pray just a straight up dog fight. unfortunately for nick though he isnt gonna win this fight. hey btw have u ever asked why gsp hasnt finished anyone since he was restricted from using vaseline in between rounds? just curious to see what ur “excuse” is for that one. and then almost every opponent hes beaten recently was finished after him by a “lessor” opponent. just seems a lil odd to me is all.
gsp has finished 16 of his 24 fights, including making bj throw in the towel, only his last 4 fights have went to decision
