Lex McMahon to Join BJPenn.Com Radio Tonight to Discuss the Fallout From the Alessio Sakara-Patrick Cote Bout

Last night the UFC invaded the Bell Center in Montreal and welcomed UFC Welterweight Champion Georges St. Pierre back to the Octagon. The champion survived a serious scare from interim champion Carlos Condit in the third round en route to winning his first fight since April of last year. The two were awarded the Fight of the Night bonus for their five round war and there is no question, GSP’s knee is up to snuff.

Lex McMahon the President of Alchemist Management will join the show tonight to discuss the fallout from the Alessio Sakara-Patrick Cote bout that ended in extreme controversy. Sakara had Cote rocked and on his knees, but landed blows to the back of his head which caused the referee to stop the fight. Instead of warning Sakara or declaring the fight a no-contest, Dan Miragliotta awarded Cote a victory by disqualification. McMahon will discuss what steps he and his team will take to try and rectify the situation.

Join hosts Bryan Levick & Mitch Ciccarelli as they will discuss last night’s fights with a trio of MMA personalities. This special Sunday episode will begin at 7pm eastern.

  1. GET RID OF FITCH (forever) says:

Sakara is the biggest cheap shot scumbag to ever set foot in the Octagon. 5, 6, 7 blows to back of the head one after another and ref jsut stood and watched from 2 feet away. Sakara has the most discgusting physique i have ever sen in MMA. The guy have extra flabby skin hanging off him. He must have had 30 lbs on Cote at fight time. I can’t belive Skara is still in UFC. After what Dana had to say about him at Post fight conference i would bet after Cote rematch will be Sakara’s last fight in UFC for such blatant illegal blows that were so obvious and CHEAP shots. I have never seen a fighter just keep landing cheap shot after cheap shot without caring one bit how much of ascumbag it made him look like

  2. Dick Diaz says:

i got excited and thought it was vince mcmahon that would be on the show…
