Krzysztof Soszynski Meets Igor Pokrajac At UFC 140

The UFC has booked a light-heavyweight bout between Canadian born Krzysztof Soszynski and Igor Pokrajac for their return to Toronto this December.
UFC 140 is set to take place in Toronto on December 10 from the Air Canada Centre. The only main card bouts confirmed for the event at this time are set between Rory MacDonald vs. Brian Ebersole, Tito Ortiz vs. “Lil Nog” and Frank Mir vs. “Big Nog” which will likely serve as the evening’s main event.
Krzysztof Soszynski brings in a two-fight win streak to the bout, most recently dispatching Mike Massenzio at UFC 131. The Ultimate Fighters Season 8 vet has managed to put together an impressive 6-2 Octagon record with his only losses coming by Brandon Vera and Stephan Bonnar.
Igor Pokrajac is a Croatian fighter that will be looking for his second straight Octagon win when facing off with “Ksos” this December. After assembling an 8-fight unbeaten streak on the regional circuit he got the call to make his UFC debut back at UFC 103 where he picked up a loss against Vladimir Matyushenko. After two years in the UFC organization his record stands at 2-3 and likely fights for his life in this newly scheduled bout.
No word on if this bout will make the televised portion of the card.
