Koscheck vs. Hendricks Not Going To Be Another Boring Wrestling Match | UFC NEWS

“I think his fight is actually going to go everywhere you know? Were both complete fighters you know what I’m saying? We both like to hit people in the face and I believe it is going to be a little bit of everywhere because the later you go in the rounds, the easier it is to get the takedowns and stuff like that. So I think you’re going to see that. You are not going to see just another boring wrestling match. I think it’s going to be a fun one for everybody to watch and I can’t wait.”

Both men are accomplished collegiate wrestlers, Koscheck a one time NCAA Division One champion & four time All American & Hendricks a two time NCAA Division One Champion also a four time All American.
However both men prefer to keep the fight standing in his most recent bout Hendricks knocked out Jon Fitch after just 12 seconds. Koscheck also recently knocked out Matt Hughes and defeated Mike Pierce in a bout that was largely contested on the feet.

Nope, Kos gets it done but should be a good fight.

The idiots that are rooting hendricks, just because of that one knockout. People get lucky like that all the time, and when he fails his next few fights, you same ****ers, will say he should retire, or try tell dana to send him to strikeforce. Haha Brett you’re a funny dude. I love it when idiots come here and pretend to be more MMA fans just because they have a different opinion. Have you actually seen more fights with Hendricks than the one against Fitch? If you have, you should know that Hendricks is a very good fighter and Koscheck will have to bring his A game if he’s gonna pull a W out of this fight.

Brett’s right, Hendricks could have gotten lucky during the Fitch fight. Kos has been looking like shit lately though so I don’t think he’s going to do that well if he gets clobbered by one of Hendricks clubs he calls hands. This card has so many match ups with the potential for Fight of the Night.
I hope either Hendricks clobbers Kos, or Kos offers something more than in his last few fights and that he has more than a big right hand and wrestling. He is getting a bit boring now with his two – tier attack. Yeah, Hendricks may have gotten lucky against Fitch. This one needs to go a few rounds to see what he’s got.
Hendricks has more than the one punch KO, at least that’s the opinion i formed about him after seeing his other fights. I think he will beat Cockshag.
Hendricks is good, but only reason he got all this hype is bc he caught Jon Fitch who hadnt faught in a year. If he beats KOS he will proove to be a force to be reckoned with in the Octagon. TRUTH
Yeah, I think so. It’s really something in the WW division if you can say you beat those two guys. Condit hasn’t fought either; Ellenberger hasn’t fought either; Kampmann hasn’t fought either; Shields hasn’t fought either; Alves beat Kos, but not Fitch. He would be the only guy other than GSP to accomplish that.

I see Koscheck needing a new orbital bone after the fight.
All I know is if Hendricks beats or KO’s Koscheck he will have more fans than he ever dreamed of. He already gained millions of fans for knocking out the most boring fighter to ever set foot in a cage.
