Joe Lauzon vs. Terry Etim Set For UFC on FOX 4

A lightweight bout with “Fight of the Night” written all over it has just been added to the UFC on FOX 4 event set for August.

Joe Lauzon and Terry Etim had an original date in the cage back in Boston for UFC 118, but Etim was forced to withdraw when he suffered an injury and Lauzon went on to annihilate Gabe Ruediger.

UFC on FOX 4 is set to go down at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California on August 4.

Lauzon had an unfortunate mishap in his last outing at UFC 144 when his face unexpectedly met the shin of Anthony Pettis and knocked him out. The defeat killed the momentum Joe had after spoiling the title aspirations of Melvin Guillard with a fight ending choke in his previous fight.

Etim is also going to look to rebound from defeat. He was last seen getting knocked out by Edson Barboza this past January. The loss was his second in seven fights.
