Jens Pulver Knocked Out Last Night (Video)
Former UFC lightweight champion, Jens Pulver suffered his tenth defeat in fourteen fights last night to Tim Elliot in Nebraska. After the fight Pulver took to his twitter account to say that he did not train properly and performed poorly as a result.

What are you new to MMA? Jens Pulver is a Legend and a Pioneer in a sport in which I love. He needs to retire that is a fact, I am sure it is a harsh reality for him to stop doing something that he is so passionate about. Tim did I great job.. He was humble in the KO also.. I would hate to see Jens resort to doing little smoker fights.. And quite honestly the talent level has changed since a decade ago or even 5 years ago..Now guys are coming in strictly trained in mma and not just one discipline and having to learn the others.. But I agree with you magoo that there should be nothing taken away from Elliots win cause it wasn’t his fault that Pulver just didn’t perform to best of his ability.. He looks like he still likes to fight. But it looks more like he NEEDS money. He could always get a day job like so many other fighters. But he may be too proud. He is the former UFC LW champ after all. He did a lot for the little guys in the sport. We now have 125 being added to UFC, I have to believe that if it was not for Pulver getting 155 on the map that 125 would not be happening today in the UFC.
