  1. seriously says:

Not about to miss this. Bruce Lee is an icon and a legend

  2. Ninja Oreo Dollop says:

I will definitely watch but what else is there to say about Bruce? I have really seen 4 or 5 documentaries on Bruce Lee. I hope they bring something new and gritty to the table because he was known to have a bad temper and people challenging to martial arts duels in the street once he became famous.

  3. dave says:

i like bruce lee and his was great for martail arts..but i have to wonder if he were alive today and was in his prime i wonder if he would have been any good in ufc…i think jose aldo would beat him at 145 for example…i just cant see him being that far ahead of his time

    • riga says:

He was far a head of his time. Just look at Enter the Dragon where you can see that they already implemented MMA with the MMA gloves. I believe Bruce Lee would be the champ in that weightclass. The guy was so fast and strong. And he was open to other disciplines, he would learn shit from other guys and use it to his benefit. For example Gene Lebelle’s grappling. The guy is the forefather of MMA.The Masters of Masters. MUCH LOVE AND RESPECT TO HIM!!!! RIP.

      • ThaGreenBandit says:

I’m glad someone knows. So many people just don’t know how far ahead of his time he was. Bruce Lee was a MMA practicioner before the term “mma” was even thought of

      • dave says:

yes gene lebel showed himm somme grappling but you could see in his magazines and movie that he did not really hav arm bar down well..i think he wouuld not be champ….i jjust dont belive in such a p4p prodigy like that…he was far aheasd his time but i just think he made the blueprint ..i dont think he would have been great,,,wwe dont know about his chin his wrestling wuld suck…i know people get real agry about this but it my oppinion………just like jet li or chuck norris would get smashed in ufc

    • ThaGreenBandit says:

Take a minute and read up on Bruce Lee, bruh. After that, if you “just can’t see him being that far ahead of his time”, then you really must blind. Dude was a MMA through and through.

      • Ly-er says:

Yah really, he knew 20 years before it was anything that mixing the arts was essential to becoming the more elite fighter. If he were still alive he woulda probably been another 20 years ahead of the curb! LOL

  4. For Your Consideration says:

What Bruce Lee has done over the years for martial arts is truly what MMA should be all about. He never committed himself to one style and was always learning and developing his skills. Bruce Lee said himself when he mentioned that there is no such thing as natural talent because everything is an aquired skill.

Brucle Lee is more then a legend, he’s the founder of modern day martial arts, he’s the founder of Mixed Martail Arts. Thanks Mr. Lee for all you have done!

  5. Thurgood Jenkins says:

Two points: First, did anyone else notice Al Bundy in there? Second, Bruce Lee is undoubtedly the most exceptional mixed martial artist this world have ever seen. Well that we know about at least. There could be some monk in Asia that no one knows about. But didn’t Bruce Lee hand Chuck Norris his only defeat? Chuck Norris destroyed the periodic table because he only recognizes the element of surprise. To beat him, Jesus, it’s monumental.

  6. baldy says:

bruce lee was truely the original mix martial artist…his base was kung fu, but he added punches and footwork from boxing, he added grappling from gene labelle.
i wonder if he ever met or worked with any of the elder gracies….

    • Ninja Oreo Dollop says:

I don’t know everything about Bruce Lee but Wing Chun actually has grappling as well. I mean the martial art was made by a woman watching cranes!
