Gustafsson: I Will Knock Out Shogun In The 2nd | UFC NEWS
“When it’s time, I will be more than ready to fight him. Shogun is a very tricky fighter, he has a good double-leg, really good striking, I have to be prepared for everything. His biggest strength is his heart, as a fighter. It’s gonna be a tough fight, for sure. I will knock him out in the second round.”
In speaking with Kimura.se, UFC light-heavyweight contender Alexander Gustafsson talks about his scheduled UFC on FOX 5 fight against former division champ, Mauricio “Shogun” Rua. But can he deliver on his words or will “Shogun” prove to be too much to handle?

Hendo couldn;t even KO Shogun and he hit him with those right hands! I don’t see Gustafsson KOing shogun.. Still think shogun is going to win this fight but if Gustafsson were to win it would be by decision. But again i think shogun comes out with the win!

The only thing stopping Shogun in the UFC is Shogun. When he gets serious and improve on his conditioning, he will be tough to be beat by anybody in the UFC.

Shogun will KO Alexander… I like him a lot but Shogun is hard as they come, going to be an interesting fight but Shoguns a beast, hate Shogun in 3 rounds fights but it will have to suffice

Shogun is a few punches away from having major head damage, he takes WAY too much punishment. I see this going to decision in favor of Gus..
Gustafsson is talented and athletic, but he is not a Jon Jones. He shoudn’t disrespect Shogun.
