A dialed in Cerrone will cause Guillard a lot of problems. I got Cerrone beating him on the feet and then submitting him.

Cerrone’s striking is some of the best in the division. I think he will keep it on the feet and frustrate Guillard with combo’s. Guillard will most likely try some takedowns, and eventually gain one. Guillard will then be on the receiving end of a nice triangle/armbar combo.
Cerrone def. Guillard by sub in second round.
He will keep it standing long as possible especially with cerrones ground game! If it goes to the ground guillard will get subbed like always, but he got every chance if it stays standing brother!

Cerrone will become a wrestler in this one. He’ll look to take him and down and bjj him once he gets tagged by Guillard. Cerrone won’t stand and bang with him. If he does he will lose. I see Cerrone taking him down and choking him out in rd3…Guillard better be ready for some defense or he’s done.

I like Melvin, but don’t see him winning this one 9 times out of 10. Cerrone is a better striker and has an excellent ground game. Guillard has more KO power probably, but Cerrone has an iron chin.

Melvin Guillard is the Zab Judah of MMA. Blessed with 10 times the speed, athleticism and physicality of most fighters but cursed with a much smaller brain.
