GSP Turns Knee Injury Into A Positive | UFC NEWS
“This injury was a negative thing in the beginning but it became a positive thing at the end. Because it allowed me to correct my training and make it better and improve it. I had the mentality that more is better, but I realize that’s wrong. Smarter is always better. As a result, he says he is enjoying his training more. I have more fun doing it.. I’m more fired up to go train now.”

The positive I can think of is GSP having injured his knee is the least tested fighter in all MMA. Over 560 dys since last fight yeah he should be quite primed and ready to go.
You have a lot of keyboard rage for GSP.
