i don't think the specific training is but it's based off of probodx. i am a strength coach and love reading about everyone's different methods. i was able to get my hands on the book and looks like some good things can be taken from the program.

i like to see a aoki and bj that will me mma fight of the year ,two tech guys going at it on there feet and on the ground aoki will be the best fight for bj right now at 155. Frankie Edgar he lossed to Gray Maynard at fight night 13 his one and only loss and went on to win his next 3 fights. we all understand he is not anywere close to bj but any one punch can win a fight and edgar will learn a lot form the fight to realy see were he is at as a mma fight. check us out a mmafightforce.com for more comments GYM tour coming soon so keep you eyes open for it.

this what I do let me know what you think it's a more effective method of training the body then conventional weight lifting it equates to faster reaction less injuries and more over all athletism and strength

Kettlebells? Hell yeah they work. You can use dumbells too to replace some kettlebell workouts like the swing.
ANy workout that makes you use multiple muscle groups at once is the best way to Power train and also to build muscle endurance. for anyone who likes to battle, Power training is great and kettlebell is great for core work. Its old school Russian. just ask Fedor
