Lets drop 20 pounds with BJ Penn workouts. If you do not want to go to the gym by yourself, then start here! Then go to the gym and start workin out. Im sure somebody will need you to spot them. Get support and tips here and lets drop those 20#'s!

The Above is my before Picture taken almost two months ago.Since then,
I went from 222 to 216. While going to Team Trauma Gym In Ocala FL.
No activity and lots of fun and BBQ with Beer for 2 years resulted in me getting this big. I used to sit at 180 and played lots of sports in H.S. I used to do a lot of things.
Now I do crossfit,Plyo,cardio, and what ever other workouts my trainers can pull out from the depths of hell.
Afterwards we study MMA(Its still a baby yet but will soon be very mainsteam).
We study BJJ, Wrestling, Kick boxing, and boxing.
So whether I want to or not, I will become a fighting class Warrior soon.

My point is I am having fun while I am working out.
Find something thats fun for you and dont rule out the smaller gyms until you have been there for a day.

Go out there and have fun, get fit, and Brag about it.

Its been a while but I am down 30# from 220 to 190. Will post a few pics later. Doing P90X now and lovin the muscle confusion stuff.

Training is going good! paid for a month at the Boxing gym and enjoying my Investment. Looking to Post some new Pics soon. My body is showing the changes and I am floating at 214#'s.

Been Running and today I visited my Homies Boxing gym, Danny Santiago's Central Florida Boxing. Those boys dont Play!!!
Its going to open soon(like next week) Check Him out ! He's a Pro boxer I went to H.S. with.

Cool KAhAi. Whats the hardest workout you've done guys?
The hardest workout that I couldnt do was bear crawls with a person holding on to me from underneath then sitting on my back adding a series of other workouts to complete a circuit from hell.

Right on Gilbert...keep working hard! I think on the day of the official weigh ins im gonna get down to 170 solid...Im at 185 so im right there with you dude.

Monday felt as If I was starting over, But I am almost finishing the whole work out. My times are a little faster and my reps, a little higher.
