Four "Strikeforce: Barnett vs. Kharitonov" Receive Medical Suspensions

The Ohio State Athletic Commission released the list of mandatory medical suspensions today issued to four of last Saturday’s Strikeforce event fighters.
Amanda Nunes and “Cyborg” Santos received the lightest suspensions with just 30 days while Antonio Silva and Yoel Romero both received 60 days for their KO losses.
Surprisingly, Daniel Cormier was not on the list of suspended fighters although it is expected that the Olympic wrestler and AKA fighter will have an extended layoff due to a hand injury suffered in his co-main event victory over Antonio Silva.
The full list of medical suspensions is as follows:
• Antonio Silva: Suspended 60 days due to KO loss/for precautionary reasons
• Yoel Romero: Suspended 60 days due to KO loss/for precautionary reasons
• Evangelista “Cyborg” Santos: Suspended 30 days due to KO loss/for precautionary reasons
• Amanda Nunes: Suspended 30 days due to KO loss/for precautionary reasons

Antonio Silva out indefinitely due to over sized jaw/head. That dude is a freak I’d rather listen to his fights on the radio. I had to purchase a larger tv just to watch this fight. The camera guys had to record this fight from the nose bleed seats just to get that guy’s head in the frame. If headbutting was legal, he would be heavyweight champion!
dude dome so big, its has its own gravitational pull
I agree, he definately has the wrong nick name. His name should have been Antonio ” Big Planet Head” Silva. LMAO
lol @ the comments
these comments are head-ing in the wrong direction, before you all get a-head of yourselves, when this blog is just pointing out the fact that Silva will be head-ed into medical suspension as usual with anyone who has lost, and without Silva for a few months leaves some head-way for other fighters
he’s got a big head n’ that
Antonio “missing link” Silva should be his fighter name.
