WTF Hatin' on Marquardt?

Are you bitches serious? Nate is the F'in man! He fought a good fight but got grinded out by a great grinder.I, like most of you, wanted him to shut Chael up too. Chael had different plans though. Some of you act like Chael is a scrub or something. Pretty much all of Chael's losses are by sub from the bottom. He's NEVER been beat up/dominated. As a matter of fact, in most of the fights he lost, HE WAS WINNING! The only problem he had was he couldn't think. He used to get reckless and leave limbs hanging out. He suffered from the same affliction as Denis Kang. I think it's called

"ilosefightishouldofwonbecauseicantthinkitis". He corrected his mental deficiency and now he's killing people. (See Okami and Miller fight's)

That being said, Nate fought a great fight. Sonnen's top control was just too much for him. He was dropping bombs on Nate and staying busy the whole time. That was NOT L & P as some clown on another post commented. Oh yeah, some other clown who said he was a "blue belt" claimed he would of did this, Nate aint a Black Belt etc STFU! Try that shit with strikes thrown in the mix, while your sweaty, against a beast like Sonnen! I didn't mean for this to turn into a rant but I think Nate's a great fighter and I though he gave it all he had. At no point did he give up. So all you pussies raggin' on Nate can kill that noise...

Permalink Reply by Jason Gibson on February 8, 2010 at 2:51am: IMO I think Nate overlooked chael as a threat he was talking to much on wanting to fight silva again and maybe thought that he could walk through any other challengers, that was his downfall right there, he got overwhelmed and out classsed... Yes he's a great fighter but he definatly isn't ready for silva yet, I think chael sonnen is a dark horse and could possibly be the "Cain velasquez" of the middleweights.... Just because he trains with GSP is not gonna make him a better fighter. Obviously they dont have guys in GSPs camp that push the level of wrestling that Sonnen carries. For all the talk about how good GSPs wrestling is people have no clue of the pedigree that TEAM QUEST actually has. We are talking olympian athletes ladies and gentlemen. Maybe Nate should work more on his guard control from bottom position. He needs to work with HIGH CALIBER wrestlers like in the frozen tundra of Russia or the Northwest like Team Quest. He needs to get the hell out of Montreal and train with the animals. I agree Nate has all the potential in the world. Maybe he should meet up with Bas or if he wants real Jiu Jitsu training he can travel to Brazil or work with BJ and increase the knowledge of escape and reversal. Before the machida fight i started a discussion on why shogun is the best and that he will win... A lot of fake fans were surprised by shogun's resume but still believed that machida will win by ko in the 1st or 2nd. Now if u notice wen shogun came out the fans were booing and wen machida came out the fans were cheering, WHAT HAPPENED, Fans thought shogun won..... so they booed machida and hoped on shoguns dick. I never liked machida, but wen i saw how much of a warrior he was to stand and bang with shogun , now im his fan...im not gonna hate him because of some stupid ass judges?!?!
