Josh Koscheck, BJ already trained with him, seems ironic but he came to Hilo to help BJ with his wrestling prior to BJ's first bout with GSP. I think Kos is all around a more dangerous fighter then Fitch, and would serve as a much stiffer test.

Jon Fitch, Martin Kampmann, Irish "handgrenade" Paul Daley (who will be champ) Kos perhaps, Thiago Alves would be to much for BJ I think, I cant belive that GSP won Thiago. there are alot of fights in the WW, I would like to see BJ vs Matt Serra.

I think that Kos is the perfect tune up fight for GSP...

KOS is basically a poor men GSP.. Very athletic, great shots and wrestling, good stand up...evrything good and same style as GSP but nothing as good as GSP

I think BJ will smash all those guys, I wanna see him smash hughes again. Idk if they trust alves enough to let him fight BJ. if he cant make weight that would be a big issue. Kos i like and i wouldnt wanna see him get smashed by bj unless hes had a title shot first. The whole picture might be different after everyone has had a couple more fights.

Matt Hughes. And I don't just mean taking this to the judges, no I'm talking about BJ avenging his loss to Hughes in brutal fashion. Put an exclamation mark that win! Nothing against Hughes, as he has shown nothing but respect for BJ, and even hails BJ as one of the greatest ever. I'm only lobbying for the dominance so as to leave no shadow of a doubt that BJ deserves a shot at GSP. Now anyone who disses Hughes and calls him a bum might very likely do the same thing to BJ should he show signs of the twilight of his career is looming. Hughes is no bum. He laid much of the ground work, and was a pioneering fighter who helped to merge BJJ and submission wrestling into it's current form... he's just slowed down a tad as part of the natural aging process.

From a promotional standpoint, definitely a rubber match with Hughes as a tune up fight. I can already here the narrative from Rogan and Goldberg about the back story of these two greats.
