WHO DO YOU THINK KIMBO WILL FIGHT NEXT?
I...like many, believe Kimbo's fight was fixed but not because Houston was running or anything like that. It was fixed in a way where Dana catered to Kimbo's needs. Instead of putting anybody vs Kimbo, he put someone he knew wouldn't expose Kimbo's weaknesses. Why not pair him up against TUF fighters like Marcus Jones, or James McSweeney, or Matt Mitrione or even Jon Madsen?? Kimbo is Dana's cash cow and it seems he's protecting his investment. As long as Kimbo keeps winning, that's better ratings and more money for him. So who's next for Kimbo?
Mirko Cro Cop. Both guys don't have great ground games and neither would go for the takedown. With Kimbo making his way up and Cro Cop still trying to prove himself in the UFC, this matchup is both great for the fighters and the fans. Kimbo has a punchers chance against Cro Cop but I think his lack of experience and Cro Cop's footwork would get the best of him. Would love to see this fight. Don't really see any other exciting matches for Kimbo. He'll get crushed by the elite.

if kimbo is seriously serious about continuing in MMA (especially in the ufc)I think kimbo needs to drop down in weight to 205

I agree. I keep thinking of him against the heavyweight elite and he'll just get destroyed. At least at 205 he might be able to overpower some guys, at heavyweight he has no chance in hell.

Kimbo is flat out rookie. You got treat him like he is. I think UFC will do that since he provides a nice draw. UFC needs to make matches that you hope he will succeed and pushes his skill level. So he has to fight Older guys or Young guys. If he fights in 205 i would like to see him fight Coleman, jon jones, elliot marshall.

If Wanderlei Silva loses his next fight vs Bisping, he would be a great match-up for Kimbo. It would be like Silva vs Liddell all over again because I know Wanderlei wouldn't gonna run like Houston did. Wanderlei Silva and Mirko Cro Cop are the best possible matchups for Kimbo's fighting style. Silva and Cro Cop are still relevant in terms of fan base. These fights would draw big numbers and maybe KO of the Night material.

I truly believe that cro cop would knock kimbo out. However I think we should see him fight either stephan bonner or Kieth Jardine. He is not ready for top level competition yet, and wont be for atleast another year or two.
