Pacquiao tested negative for steroids ten times
Manny Pacquiao has been tested before and after the fight with cotto. Never once has he been detected with illegal substance. Now hes fighting Paulie Malagnaggi who is also making false accusations. Personally i think this guy has a death wish lol, Pacquiao is already pissed off and hes adding more fuel to the flame. I dont blame the guy though because I would take a beating too if i were getting paid as much as these guys. Malagnaggi knows hes going to bank either ways win or lose and most likely hes going to lose. You know what, im tired of talking about mayweather, let him be the way he is. 20 yrs from now i guarantee everyone will be like mayweather who, oh the guy who duck everyone. Imo all mayweather family dont have a ounce of heart, all they care about his money, well always remember him as ducking money mayweather.

I can see Mayweather point to make sure that Pacman is not on PED's, but the current testing is proof enough that he is clean. Mayweather would have gotten a beat-down for sure. Panty-boy undefeated recorded means squat. Pac-man would make him look like he is back in the amateurs.

Mayweather 20 years from now will go down as one of the greatest boxers of all-time. Even if he doesn't fight Pacquiao. The same goes for Pacquiao. Mayweather is STILL pursuing this fight, while Pacquiao keeps threatening to call if off and even sue. Pacquiao is already pursuing other fights. With all that said, how is Mayweather ducking Pacquiao?
I don't understand why nobody is on Mayweather's side on this. We're living in the steroid era where every successful athlete is under suspicion. Even Mayweather himself. It's all over the sports world. Especially being on BJPENN.COM and knowing the whole greasegate incident and how BJ got screwed, I would think people would understand where Mayweather is coming from. This will be the biggest fight in BOTH of the fighters careers, so how can you hold it against Mayweather for just trying to cover every aspect. The whole theory that Pacquiao will get weak from the random blood test is ridiculous. Mayweather is also getting the EXACT same test done, so if anything they'll BOTH get weaker. It's not like Pacquiao is getting more blood test than Mayweather. It's all the same.
I just wanted to add that Pacquiao is taking this so far as to sue Mayweather and Golden Boy Promotions for defamation. He's choosing not to fight Mayweather because of these accusations and his demands on Olympic style drug testing. Yet, he's now trying trying to pursue a fight against Malagnaggi who has ALSO accused Pacquiao of steroid use. Jr. Welterweight Champ Timothy Bradley Jr. has now stepped up to say he's willing to fight Mayweather on his terms, including Olympic style testing.

I also believe that all of this drug testing drama is just that...DRAMA. I think they're using all this to hype up the fight. I've seen too many fights that were "CALLED OFF" and eventually ended up happening. Regardless of what is said, there's too much money on the table and too much at stake for both Mayweather and Pacquiao. THIS FIGHT WILL HAPPEN!

Trust me I'd be doing the same thing if I was mayweather.
If you're a huge boxing start going head to head with another to determine the best, you WILL want to take precautions BEFORE and AFTER the fight so there would be no excuses at all.
If mayweather isn't afraid to take the test then why should Manny? Yet people call it excuses, No I call it brilliance so even IF Manny wins..(Strong IF) Mayweather can't says hit either. Just my humble Opinion peeeps.

this is why boxing is almost dead and gone. everyone will remember Mayweather as the guy that had all his fights handpicked and didn't want to take on the toughest fights. if he's the best...he needs to step up and prove it. he just worried about his record...
