thats probably some of the best MMA related news i've heard in a long time with all these injuries and last minute no-shows lately... i like really Efrain, and im glad to see he got a victory on his record recently that wasn't a submission. He has solid wrestling skills and great BJJ too. I would love nothing more than to see him be the new ruler of the 155 division (after BJ retires ofcourse!) that'd be the perfect scenario...aslong as Penn remains the LW King, i am in no hurry at all for him to be the new champ. I want him to take his time and win each of his fights little by little to improve all his holes when finally the day comes for him to fight for the title. after a few years of fighting his way up through the rankings in LW division, gradually winning and earning his shot.
Back to your question, I can't say have any more of a clue than you do, kahai, but im finally glad to hear of 1 of BJ's potential training/sparing partners.
i guess it was all true! Didnt even know Ben Hendo was going to be there too. The only thing BJ should focus is take down defense and cardio...Oh wait, he had all of that in his last fight! lol...KenBlow didnt take him down once! I see BJ winning it again in the 4th round via Submission.
