true dat, I wonder who gave it to him? I think it's part of his strategy to not show much of the actual training he's doing...or maybe we'll just have to wait for the countdown. One thing's for sure, BJ knows how to hype a fight, i can't wait!!

Bj does not need to show how hard he trains. I don't think it's about stratagy, because everybody should now how hard he trains. UFC 101 War BJ -.-

Good to see BJ training against south paw fighters with long reach like the Diaz brothers and guys with Muay Thai skills. BJ is very good at neutralizing other opponents strengths and be able to fight his fight, and that is BJ's greatest strengh!

WAR BJ!!! DESTROY KENFLO!!! And make him remember FOREVER, the night he fought BJ PENN!!!!!!!
