I know this should be a dead issue, and the recent thread of Rua getting robbed has turned into a bash-fest, but I found the article to be interesting, not necessarily because he would've judged it differntly, but mainly because the view of the judges are obstructed. Maybe the Octagon isn't such a great design for a judging system? Although a flawed system, they definitely need to do something about it, because I think it would suck to lose because a judge had an obstructed view of the fight.

I wish they could have mma fighters/veterans, trainers like ed soares, greg jackson, rudy v, anybody but these assholes. I honestly believe i am a better judge then all of them.
Glad to hear the judge coming out and saying Shogun won.Something def. needs to be done about the scoring system.I've always said it just like McCarthy that when a title fight starts, nobody is champ and there both fighting for the belt, this also helps keep the champs from protecting their belt and actually fighting for it

Thats why Shogun had to stop him, but just couldnt because Machida is too good. Give it up. Machida is the Champ, and Shogun isnt. O, and Machida will win again the next time they fight... But by KO.
man might as well sit three dogs to judge mma fights. Worthless judges, man a blind man could of judged that fight. With all the ooooos and ahhhhhs from machida yelling from those leg kicks, trust me a blind man could judge this fight lol.
is half of the people in here blind much as i like Machida he got out point 10 to 8 i admit shogun wasn't able to knock Machida lights out but you can't lie what really happen that night the article , dana white knows the dragon lost that night Hell !! the judges who score that fight admit they fu***ked up you can't fool your self just because your favor fighter won by a bad call .....
