I will be fighting at 170 and I was just wondering how strong i should be. anybody have an idea of what i should be able to bench, squat, or deadlift? any suggestions would be appreciated.
Don't put to much into those numbers you are not entering a powerlifting tournament. I would say at least your own bodyweight for each of the three exercises if you want an exact number but being stronger will not hurt.
