the big thing for me is that being in the navy we have bca standards and for me being 6'3" i have to be under 216 or else i get taped. my ideal goal is to be 205lbs and be at about 8-11%bca and be pretty ripped if not really toned, like i said thats my end goal.
everyone at my work thinks im fat just because i have a wider midsection and a slightly chubby face (but thats how i have always been untill recently when i have started working out more hardcore), i have about 5 months till i transfer to my new squadron and i want to make a good impression, so another question i have is what other workout routines can i do to loose weight fast but tone up to? also are there any workouts you can do to loose neck fat? (stupid question i know but jw).

Lay off the twinkies eat more protein and less junk including beer which is major carbs. maybe try some carb blockers since you are eating government food which we all know is FAT. Get some kettlebells and train hard with them a full routine. The major thing for abs is diet. Six packs come mostly from the kitchen not the gym....
