What you have done is woke up the sleeping beast inside BJ Penn, to be the best lightweight in the world..he changed his attitude his work ethic..EVERYTHING..he will continue by submitting or knocking out Diego tonight..then maybe one more defense..after..
Then we will see what he wants to do..
But this BJ tonight will be the best ever and you brought it out, GSP be careful for what you wish for, you know longer want BJ in the ring anymore.

Your right on the money BigfanofBJs after the beating GSP laid on BJ it really made BJ do alot of soul searching.He's a better man and fighter since that fight I'm over the grease bullshit can't wait for a 3rd fight one day maybe. I'm sure it will be a different fight with the same outcome GSP's hand being raised BigfanofGSP.

Yup champions get better after defeats happen to gsp and now happened to BJ hopefully it will happen with diego to that was just sad to see.

you are an idiot. Fitch, Alves, Koscheck...they were all New and Improved before GSP schooled them all.
BJ is looking amazing and was incredible in his crushing of Sanchez. Wow!

As for GSP needing to be careful what he wishes for. I've heard people say that Fitch is new an improved, that Alves is new and improved, that Koscheck is new and improved, and that GSP wants nothing to do with them. GSP beats his opponents pretty convincingly. I really doubt that he's afraid of having rematches with anyone he's fought up to this point.

BJ is now approaching the level that GSP has been at for quite some time!! He will always know in his heart that GSP kicked his ass and is a superior athelete. BJ makes up excuses for his loss and doesn't take it the way GSP and other great great fighters have before him. Forget the accusations and do the hard work. ie Frank Mir.

I can't belive u said this cause Bj just wasn't on that day and he got to cocky but I think that Bj got respect for em and he dnt have an excuse fir that Lose but Bj has allways been on his level...ever since I seen em both fight...my opinion
