good matchup I'm not sure what Dos Santos's ground game is like but he trains with the Noguerias so it's probably pimp.He's a big strong kid with heavy hands, I see him as a future contender for sure. As for Cain a cardio wrestling beast with a big heart whos already a contender good fight for sure.

Dos Santos is a kick boxing champ in brazil, and now holds a purple belt in Bjj under Nogueira and Anderson. Big dude 6'4 about 240. Great fight..future matchup here.

Funny thing is i was hoping for noguiera and cain and it came true... thats a real good match up... i thing big nog will submit him.... dos santos is fighting gonzaga

i think dos santos will get past gonzaga who hasn't looked the same since couture beat his ass.Big nog and cain might be the fight of the year and a hard one to pick.Nog could submit him but cain is on a mission,like nog but this one could go either way

cain all the way in this matchup. Dos santos didnt really impress me against cro cop. Cain is just to much of a handful with his pace and tenacity and brilliant wrestling skillset. Cain has pretty tidy standup as well and is just getting better, his work ethic is frightening.....

the only problem with santos and crocop is their styles washes each other out because they're similar...a kicker/striker vs a wrestler will be good.

yeah this 1 def gonna happen eventually, Im biased towards cain, i'd have to give it to him. Heavyweight with cardio, solid takedowns and if he continues to refine his striking. I expect him to be #1 contender after big nog, not an easy task but Nogueira gotta slow down eventually!

Oh yeah. Dos Santos is a rising star; I look for him to be the champion in a few years. I bet he'd knock out Velasquez (whom I think is a great wrestler, but his stand-up needs a lot of work) before he even knew what hit him.
