BJ should train somewhere on the mainland
He should train somewhere high altitude away from the distractions of home or a big city. Maybe like 2 months prior to a fight.

Dude, BJ you've GOT to change up your camp. Your brother is your brother and he handles business good and Rudy Valentino been with you forever right? But man o man, you let them others, I wont say names but man, youve got to switch it up. Pleasssse BJ we dont wanna see you lose becuz you was illprepared. Thats not Bj Penn man. BJ Penn is absolutely one of the best EVER but in todays game without sick conditioning and training and preparation it wont show.

oh please, not that sports lab shit again. thats rehab, so you can lift normal again.
i agree with mike. it must be hard to train in hawaii. its paradise, and all his friends are there. lets see, go roll around with sweaty ass dudes or surf and go check out the hotties! just to make it where bj is at is a tribute to his self disapline. i know i probably couldnt make it to the gym if i lived there. props to bj

Doesn't he do his strength/conditioning training in Cali? I'd like to see BJ train with some big wrestlers like Cain Velasquez from AKA. If BJ can stuff Cain's takedown attempts then there is nothing GreaSyP can do to stop him for sure!
