Here is a little challenge for all. I am a 51 year old 170lb Purple belt under Robson Moura and here was my workout for today.
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push ups
300 squats
1 mile run
time was 48min 35 sec
i would like to start a friendly challenge to see if anyone at any age can do this.Thanks. see you on the mat.Mike

no thats not happening for me it will take me a year before i can do that 2hrs and 10 mins for me and i had to take the day off work. LOL

DAMN wayda go old dude.. keep that up your an animal.. id love to roll with you sumtime .. i tried to do your work out and my time was 73 min 14 sec.. your my hero lol

Great job Ben, that is a good time. most people that do it their first time are right in that range, so no worries brother. We had another great workout today.
10 rounds of
250 meter rows
sit ups
ring push ups with feet on a 24in box, 3 of us were doing it. one guy doing ring push ups, one guy doing sit ups, and one guy rowing.The guys doing the sit ups and Ring PUs do as many as you can while the guy knocks out a 250 meter row, once he is done rowing we all switch. Count all your ring push ups and sit ups for the 10 rounds. This will smoke you.Here are my nubers
in 10 rounds i did
505 reps of sit ups and ring push ups (added together)
2500 meter row this was ll done in 30 min.

Dear God... lol finally got around to giving it a try. Just over an hour and ten minutes... It's safe to say I will not be trying that again for quite sometime at least not the full thing, maybe halfs

you can do all that i can't even do 5 pull ups
20 push ups
30 sqauts
i can do a mile run but that would take me an hour
thats a work out

This is what I did with the exceptions of the pull ups because there is no bar at the gym
1 mile run
200 push ups
300 squats
1 mile run
28 mins

With your rowing workout how many situps were you doing at a time. I'm going to blast this workout tomorrow and will get back to you with the times.

MAN! unless another 51 yr old dude beats your time and reps u posted, you're pretty much in a league of your own. How many sets did you do to finish the reps in each exercise?

I am a 37 year 180 pounder, blue belt(BJJ) in the UK.,and it is great to hear that at that age you can do a workout like that, I thought that it was all downhill for me!!Inspirational!

I will give that a try,I believe that a lot of the crossfit workouts and way of exercising is really good for anaerobic performance?

Its awesome to see a fellow Crossfitter on here... Always cool to run into each other... my last "Murph" time was 34-35 mins... 165lbs/ 5'11"...

I hypered my elbow and was out for about 5 weeks but I'm back into the WOD four times a week now for about 3 weeks...

If I remeber correctly the CF protocal for "Murph" lets you break down the Pull-ups, Push-ups and Squats into any amounts you wnat... i.e. 10 rounds of 10 pulls/20 puch/30 squats???

Don't forget it also calls for you to wear body armor or a twenty pound weight vest!
