Its awesome to see a fellow Crossfitter on here... Always cool to run into each other... my last "Murph" time was 34-35 mins... 165lbs/ 5'11"...
I hypered my elbow and was out for about 5 weeks but I'm back into the WOD four times a week now for about 3 weeks...
If I remeber correctly the CF protocal for "Murph" lets you break down the Pull-ups, Push-ups and Squats into any amounts you wnat... i.e. 10 rounds of 10 pulls/20 puch/30 squats???
