Man this whole situation is confusing. I know Anthony wants to fight Ben again if he wins so are they both fighting for a shot at Bendo after he destroys GilSquirt? Are both permanently moving to LW? Are they staying?

Anyways, i got Showtime by headkick KO and he has another close back and forth war with Ben Henderson. They are the two best fighters right now easily at FW and LW and its only appropriate they fight in another classic matchup. It will be a superfight: FW champion vs LW champion in a rematch in the making. Pettis has a chance to be the first man to hold 2 belts at once.

I also think the weight cut will play a difference, no matter what Pettis's team says.. having to cut an additional 10 lbs when he is already lean as hell at 155. And then having to fight Jose Aldo.. But all that considered, it should be one helluva fight. :)

Really? Its quite the opposite. Pettis has fought and beaten two better strikers (Cerrone/Henderson) than Aldo has ever fought. But neither guy has faced a guy like the other. They are the two best strikers in the sport. And Pettis makes 45 easy. He cuts no weight. He sat in a hot tub for 2 hrs to make weight for his last fight. Did edgar have a hard time fighting at 45? If anybody is gonna have probs with the weight cut its Aldo. He is getting bigger and the cut is gettimg harder. He is cutting 30 lbs now.

I said better than the ones he has fought. Theres only 1 better striker than Aldo and unfortunately for him its Showtime.
