Fans Invited To Tomorrows UFC 140 Press Conference In Toronto


UFC officials are taking flight to Toronto tomorrow to promote and December’s UFC 140 event and UFC fans in the area are invited to attend the pre-fight press conference.

UFC 140 is set to take place in Toronto on December 10 from the Air Canada Centre. A light-heavyweight title fight between current champ Jon Jones and former champ, Lyoto Machida will serve as the evening’s main event, live on pay-per-view.

In addition to the headlining bout between Jones and Machida, UFC fans will enjoy a heavyweight clash between Frank Mir and Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira, a light-heavyweight bout between Tito Ortiz and Antonio Rogerio Nogueira, a welterweight bout between Rory MacDonald and Brian Ebersole and a featherweight attraction between Mark Hominick and “The Korean Zombie” on the evening’s main card.

The press conference is scheduled to take place tomorrow at 1 p.m. ET and the doors will open to the public at noon. Expected to attend are UFC’s head of Canadian operations Tom Wright, UFC president Dana White and headliners Jon Jones and Lyoto Machida.

For diehard fans, you can head over to Real Sports Apparel between 5-6 p.m. ET to get autographs from the champion and former champion.

• Frank Mir vs. Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira
• Antonio Rogerio Nogueira vs. Tito Ortiz

• Mark Hominick vs. Chan Sung Jung

PRELIMINARY CARD:
• Igor Pokrajac vs. Krzysztof Soszynski
• Dennis Hallman vs. John Makdessi
• Rich Attonito vs. Claude Patrick
• Mark Bocek vs. Nik Lentz
• John Cholish vs. Mitch Clarke
