Exclusive Video | Cung Le Excited to Fight Someone Who Talks Smack | UFC News
The winner of World Shidokan Championships (the triathlon of martial arts where competitors must demonstrate superlative striking and grappling/submission skills), former IKF(International Kickboxing Federation) Light Heavyweight Champion, San Shou World Champion, former Strikeforce Middleweight Champion and Hollywood actor, Cung Le, sat down with BJPenn.com at his gym in San Jose, Ca before heading out to face Patrick Cote in Las Vegas, NV for UFC 148.
Cung Le was originally scheduled to fight Rich Franklin but was shifted to UFC 147 against Wanderlei Silva when Vitor Belfort broke his hand in training. Patrick Cote steps in to the octagon on a four-fight win streak in regional competition that includes victories over three former UFC fighters (Kalib Starnes, Todd Brown and Crafton Wallace) and, most recently Gustavo Machado.

Cung le is the shit. There is nobody more entertaining to watch, and imo there never was. Not to mention there isn’t even somebody who can attempt to mimic Cung’s striking.

Cung is entertaining but where does all this “my opponent talks smack” come from? Cote has been confident but respecrful I thought.
He sucks
I would have loved to have seen Cung Le when he was in his prime. In his last two fights, he ran out of gas. If you had the please of seeing Le when he was younger you would know what I’m talking about. He’s still good, but not the same fit game fighter.
