DREAM IS BACK: Promotion Resurging For NYE Event | MMA NEWS

Japan’s DREAM promotion, once thought to be on the shelf for good, is returning for their annual New Year’s Eve bash on December 31.
DREAM officials made the announcement late yesterday that “DREAM: Special NYE 2012” is on the books for the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama Japan.
DREAM’s former owner FEG went bankrupt earlier this year and thought to have folded the promotion for good but it has become apparent that the upstart Glory kickboxing promotion and head Pierre Andurand have become key partners in getting the annual NYE show off the ground.
DREAM featherweight champion Hiroyuki Takaya, standout Tatsuya Kawajiri and former title challenger Satura Kitaoka will all take part in the event.
A full card has yet to been named and broadcast details were not made clear at the recent press announcement.
