Cris ‘Cyborg’ Slated For Muay Thai Fight At Lion Fight 11

Widely seen as one of the most dangerous women in MMA today, Cristian ‘Cyborg’ Justino recently defeated Marloes Coenen to win Invicta FC’s inaugural featherweight title.  That victory behind her, Cyborg is now looking to put her Muay Thai skills to the test by facing world champion Martina Jindrova at Lion Fight 11, a pure Muay Thai organization based out of Las Vegas, NV.

Known for being the most devastatingly powerful woman in mixed martial arts, Cristiane ‘Cyborg’ Justino will be putting her Muay Thai skills to the test as she is set to face world champion Muay Thai fighter, Martina Jindrova, in late September.

Justino (12-1-1 MMA) most recently defeated top female fighter, Marloes Coenen, to claim the inaugural Invicta FC featherweight title last month.  In MMA, she has not lost a fight since her professional debut in 2005.

Now, ‘Cyborg’ has signed to the Lion Fight banner to face kickboxing champion Martina Jindrova on September 20.

Obviously, I like to compete,” she told reporters Tuesday.  “In Brazil, I competed in Muay Thai.  It’s good experience for my game and a good opportunity for me.  I like to always keep training in jiu jitsu and stand-up, and now Muay Thai.  This will be a good experience.”

Her opponent, Martina Jindrova, holds a Muay Thai record of 17-5, and she also won boxing and kickboxing championships in her native country of the Czech Republic.

‘Cyborg’ Justino has competed in professional kickboxing once, winning her fight in 2006 by knockout.  She has also displayed her Muay Thai skills throughout her MMA career, earning 10 of her 12 wins by KO/TKO.

Lion Fight CEO Scott Kent released a statement about this upcoming fight, wherein he expressed his excitement for the bout.

As one of the best female fighters in the world, we are thrilled that Cris ‘Cyborg’ is going to fight full rules Muay Thaie and take on world champion Martina Jindrova.  Both of these fighters are fierce, aggressive strikers who like to end fights.

Lion Fight 11 will take place on September 20.  The fights will air on AXS TV.

Guyborg is a disgrace to womens MMA and should have been run out of the sport years ago. NOONE need a FAILED ROIDS test to know that all Guyborg is ROIDED UP FREAK. Guyborg is more man than Fallon Fox ever was. Any athletic commission that gives Guyborg a license to fight (NORMAL) REAL women should be ashamed of themselves. Guyborg is something that should be caged up at the circus with rest of the FREAKS. Guyborg is a hunched over Billy ape ROID FREAK who is barely human let alone a woman. I predict some day all of Guyborgs wins will be overturned. Of course that may happen to GSP also for his career long steroid abuse. They already busted one of his doctors up ther ein Canada. Thank God, only one more fight for Invicta, probably Ediane Gomes (who lost to Ronda Rousey via 1st round arm bar) . Then shes free to go, maybe UFC men featherweight division?? Perhaps even lightweight, didnt she compete BJJ championships at 74 kg??

She will kick Rousey’s ass. This chick is badass in the cage. Say what you want but Rhonda breathed a sigh of relief when it didn’t happen
