In this classic video from the PRIDE era, Mirko Cro-Cop pretends to be very upset with what Mauro Ranallo had to say about his ground game in his fight with Minotauro Noguiera. Mauro defends himself, saying he was truly not commenting for the match, and apologizes several times. It appears to be one of Mauro’s first interviews after being recruited by the PRIDE production team and Bas Rutten made sure he got a warm, but unsettling welcome.
At one point, I swear you can see all the blood leave Mauro’s face. Enjoy!

Too Funny!!!! I used to Bounce At a Club in Abbotsford, British Columbia where Mauro was the DJ before he got into calling fights, and know Mauro fairly well. If you read this Buddy the Boys from club had a good chuckle over this one. Awesome to see ya do what you love and hopefully see ya in the UFC one day!!!!
